Paying for width, not bottles
These cabinets are built to fit narrow spaces, and the price reflects that. If you have room for a standard 15-inch or 24-inch cooler, you can store more bottles for the money.
Forgetting manual defrost
Both 27-bottle models use manual defrost, so plan to switch them off and clear the ice from time to time. The 14-bottle listing says it is frost free.
Building in a freestanding tower
All three models are listed as freestanding, for a floor, table or counter. None is rated for built-in use, so do not box one into cabinetry.
Expecting a reversible door
The 14-bottle model has a fixed right-hand hinge and both 27-bottle models are hinged on the left. Check which way the door will open in your space before you order.

Defrost the 27-bottle models when ice builds up: switch off, move the bottles, let the ice melt and wipe the cabinet dry. Check the door seal regularly, and give a new unit time to settle at its set temperature before loading it fully.

Check the set temperature, a door that is not fully closed, a door seal that is not sealing, and the space around the cabinet; a freestanding fridge pushed against a wall or into a cabinet cannot shed heat. On a manual-defrost model, heavy ice on the back wall also stops it cooling properly. If none of that helps, contact the seller with your model number while the one-year warranty applies.
