WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE Phiestina PH-CWR 100
WHERE THIS SMALL WINE CELLAR FITS
This Phiestina wine fridge is very attractive and with an impressive 33 bottle capacity inside a 23” by 34” footprint. Although I doubt it will hold 33 bottles if you have a mixed collection of different sized bottles. I have to say though, that the amount of floor space that this wine fridge takes up is pretty small for it’s capacity.
The compressor cooling with added internal fan circulation makes cooling down your wines at breakneck speeds something extraordinary, well, the new standard.
I love the Stainless Steel Door and the Door Handle that gives its stylish look. This will definitely be in style for many years to come.
You will notice that the LED interior lighting is much different than others in this price range as well. Phiestina has a neat enclosed LED set of lights (5) rather than just 1 LED bulb. That gives you more light to showcase your wines but also gives it another level of sophistication.
The temperatures are easy to set, easy to see and frankly, the temperature memory in case of power outage is the one thing that makes this wine fridge a godsend over the others. Your wines could be totally ruined if it weren’t for this one feature.
It can be used freestanding wine fridge anywhere you would want one – even by your pool! It will work great for your wet bar, kitchen, under cabinet space, man cave, lady cave or on a countertop if needed.
It has even been reviewed favorably in comparison to a similar New Air model.
OTHER NICE TOUCHES
The FULL Beech Wood Shelves not only give you a great esthetic but also keep your wines cradled perfectly and the shelves slide on hidden sliders and stop to keep bottles safe from falling. Plus, they are adjustable.
Compressor cooling that will be more reliable and use less energy in the long run than in comparable size thermoelectric cooling wine fridges.
Temperature memory function, automatically returns to the temperature you set after power failure, which can protect your wine collection from the increasing temps. This way you don’t have to remember to reset it manually. This one feature could keep your wines from ruin.
Blue interior LED lighting gives a polished look to this sophisticated wine fridge cooler.
The LCD readout and easy to change temperature controls are a very nice feature of this Phiestina model.
It has a tight seal to keep all that coolness inside the wine cellar and keep your precious wines preserved in their best state.
WHAT DISAPPOINTS IN The Phiestina PH-CWR 100
No Locks. Most homes these days have children or teenagers around and locks just go without saying in these instances.
The door is not reversible. That would have been a great feature with very little extra cost to manufacture.
